1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

1.1 Physical Products

A product may be eligible for return if:

  • It is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You request the return within 7 daysof receiving the product.
  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (order ID, receipt, or invoice).

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Items purchased during special clearance or final-sale offers
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
  • Products showing signs of wear or usage

1.2 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Refunds for digital products are only provided if:

  • You were charged but did not receive access
  • The file is corrupted or unusable, andwe are unable to provide a working replacement

2. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement for defective or damaged items.

A product is eligible for replacement if:

  • It was received in damaged or defective condition
  • You notify us within 48 hoursof delivery
  • Clear photos/video evidence are provided

If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund may be issued instead.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  • Notify you that we have received your returned product
  • Inform you of approval or rejection of the refund

If approved, refunds will be processed to your:

  • Original method of payment
  • Within 7–10 business days

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

Cancellation rules:

  • Orders canceled before dispatch → Full refund
  • Orders already shipped → Not eligible for cancellation (you may request a return instead)

4.2 Cancellation by Company

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Inventory issues
  • Payment failure or fraud suspicion
  • Incorrect pricing or product details
  • Delivery address not serviceable

A full refund will be issued for such cancellations.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective or wrong items delivered.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe:
